Palace have always sold their best players because we are not a big club and in truth never likely to be -the nearest we came to breaking into the top six was with coppell in 1991 we finished third having been runners up in previous years cup final and won the members cup-we looked v likely to win trophies the next season with 4 in the England squad -then we sold wright and the whole team unravelled very quickly all the best players wanted to leave and were sold and palace were relegated within 2 years-at least in those days we got top dollar for our players -now the players agents call the shots and it’s looks as if olise is forcing us to sell a 100 mill player for 30 mill -every time I see a report the release clause drops now 50 mill but we have to share that with reading the agent and olise-palace will need to buy a exciting replacement quickly to stop the others wanting to leave but the odds are against that happening -someone as good won’t want to join palace-the much touted soule is not for sale we will prob end up with reiss Nelson hoping we can find something arsenal couldnt

If anything, I'm happy he's going to the bundesliga and won't play against us in the upcoming season. Hopefully they will find a long term replacement that we can develop alongside Kamada. I can't see Rak-Sakyi reaching the same level as Olise has been providing for us.

I'm both annoyed and gutted. Contracts seem to be worthless bits of paper. He signed a 4 year deal last year now he's off, filling his pockets with cash and leaving a club which is (was) on the up. I just hope we dont lose any more players, though Geuhi seems to be the one likely to go, just based on his performance at the Euros. As has been said, at least Olise is going to a club outside the premier league so we are unlikely to be on the receiving end of one of his left foot curlers.

Yes, it is a shock, not entirely unexpected though, and at least he's going to Bayern Munich , a top club in they're own right, and like everyone else here , wish him all the gr8 success at Bayern next season. I'll be honest , and say I don't really know, which players , or wing forwards are out there. I'm sure Dougie , Olly and Steve , once it's finalised will discuss their options... Matthias Soule has been one player , being mentioned , but , I know Glasner working very hands on with Dougie , will look to find a replacement , I believe , that we'll find either a young talent like we did with Michael Olise, in a lower division, or Glasner will have his idea of a possible target or replacement. Kamada, isn't a replacement for Olise. I think that's academic. I do think they'll find another young talent, ...it'll remain to be seen , what of the 60mill coming in , what the board have in mind there's that to consider. I'm sure they'll be weighing up options to bring in another player. We'll see in time what materializes as time goes on. What the board want to make certain is they keep Glasner happy, and get him what he feels is needed for us to get a replacement. Dougie and Glasner , I've every confidence in, ... it's the board I hope are going to keep the manager happy this window, we've got Riad, and Kamada, ... and now Micheal has decided he wants to go to Bayern which is a good team, I think that's a much better move for him than Chelsea... tongue in cheek also ontop of previous comments, he's not playing against us lol, seriously I'm very happy for the kid, obviously the ideal scenario would be for him to stay, but , 60mill is a good deal , what other benefits we'll get along with that we'll see, we all wish him well on his next step in his career. I think Kamada is already coming in who plays as a 10 in Glasner's system. Maybe getting a like for like replacement is a good idea, maybe we need to have someone with different ideas. You can waste years looking for 'the next Zaha' or 'the next Olise' I trust Glasner and Dougie! 🦅

That sucks but at least he isn't going to Chelsea or Man Utd. Hope he kicks on and has a great career. I am getting scared with how well Guehi is performing in the Euros that he is going to be irresistible to some club and we lose him too.

Well, as ive said previously, the players we have , like Ebbs and Olise , will weigh up theyre options , and we hope theyll stay... In my own honest opinion, to be frank , many Chelsea fans in my family, have said "Chelsea are a mess " , and the owners in charge havent a clue . I wont go too much into this, but Chelsea atm , wouldnt be a good decision whatever is offered. We thought we had problems until Olly Glasner came in , and in time , got the best out of even the players who struggled, eg Will Hughes, Mateta, etc . Why would Olise, go to Chelsea, according to many of my family who've supported the blues since the Peter Osgood 70s team, they , couldnt understand "why upset Pochettino, by wanting to sell the players , hes just got gelling"... not my words , if Olise , does decide to stay , and we do carry the same momentum into the start of the new season, we'll be a definite threat, and capable of perhaps winning something, but, again , Olise , will weigh up his options , and may sign the new terms, and if he plays a hopefully uninjured season with our club, a bigger club from Europe may come in next summer eg with a bigger offer for Palace and the player, i must keep off those parrot sandwiches lol , repeating myself, Chelsea messed it up last summer . So who knows, we can hope that Micheal Olise will sign fresh terms , but , we'll just have to wait and see . Would playing for a top European club appeal to him? Kane was dropping too deep , yes he scored the goal, but you have to press yur advantage not sit back, Guehi has been very impressive, as has been stated... Its not just the players, the manager also has to share the blame for the performance and result... all too often , we see the same thing repeating itself , (like my parrot sarnies lol) , England start well , score , and they sit back not pressing for that 2nd goal , you cant do that at that at any level really , Hopefully , the manager , will change it around , ... hopefully...

Good video. Yes, I agree with what the fellow fans have said here, it would be a big blow to lose either or both Eze or Olise... It does hurt when , you see bigger clubs coming in as has been already stated , but unfortunately it's the state of the game. It is down to any of our talented players, whether or not they want to go , or stay to play under Oliver Glasner... Spurs are likely as Steve has said see what situation is. I think we'd all love to see both players stay, what the reality is going to be , we'll have to wait and see , look at Chelsea last summer , they got snubbed by Olise , and he signed a new deal... Will it be the same here? it will be such a shame if we lose any of them. Imagine if we could carry on where we left off last season = top 6 finish! Trouble is they played so well the vultures have gathered overhead and at one point there was talk of losing Eze, Olise, Wharton, Guehi and even Friedman. Would make the owners very rich, but I suppose we have to wait and see what ambition Steve Parrish & co actually have.

No palace fan wants to see any of these players sold -I’ve been a fan since the late 1950s and these 3players are the best in their positions that palace have ever had-palace have always been treated as a nursery for the big clubs and this hurts particularly when they are sold to London clubs-to progress as a club I feel we must try and break this cycle you cannot blame the players as they have short careers and want to squeeze every penny out of their playing careers-the only straw we can cling to is if we are bold in our transfer dealings this summer and hope that the clubs ambition matches theirs-the oli factor might help but all the big clubs have top managers-I am hoping that none of the big clubs have the money to buy them worried about the financial rules-I know we will get a lot of money but it is difficult to reasonably expect the quality of these 3 players will be matched
