I get the same feeling sometimes. I believe its our diet, possibly need to start taking trace minerals. Either way cheers im gonna switch to this style of pipe and find some decent smoke, tobacco and hemp.

Thank you for the video. If I could offer a recommendation, please consider the ketogenic diet. About two weeks after starting my anxiety completely drained away. My pipe is a great friend and offers lovely moments, but it was amazing seeing the fog clear away with a dietary change, not to mention the effortless weight loss. It's pretty simple, just keep your carbs less than 20grams per day. Anyone with anxiety should try it and see in my opinion. Cheers

Well done Sir for laying your soul bare, it happens to the best if us, even when most do not admit it. The ridiculous modern lifestyle, being under pressure to be constantly contactable, busy,achieving reaching goals, don't be negative people will think you strange, AHHHHHHHHHH🤯, I work for myself, im not on socials, im into old fashioned hobbies, the modern world can go hang. CP, you mention the pipe as grounding .Do you really want to be grounded for the duration of a smoke or would you rather be taken somewhere else for a short while? I regard my pipe as an instrument of meditation,of flight. These are my tips, give them a go or disregard them as you wish: Just smoke your pipe.Do nothing else, no books,no music, nothing.Sit quietly with as few distractions as possible.Do everything slowly: selecting your tobacco, packing your pipe and lighting it. Now the most important thing,CADENCE. Sip gently at your pipe,barely enough to keep it lit and focus you eyes on the bowl and the rising wisps.If your cadence is slowed down enough,it will be wisps rather than clouds of smoke.After a while your focus naturally begins to blur and you are on your way.On your way to deep relaxation and who knows where else. These videos are interesting to me. Bullying can come in many shapes, forms, personalities etc. I agree, I unsubscribe from many channels, as soon as I hear a topic I dont appreciate or an image of the person I see might be behind the camera😂 Hitting the Thumbs Down also helps with pushing those videos to the backend haha Words have meaning, and responsibility for those words is essential to a quality "community"😊 We all need to remember too! Good video Chris, My son died at 18 after suffering with anxiety, he couldn’t cope it seems - I was a fireman for over 30 years and didn’t understand what his problems were as on the face of it he didn’t have any, passed his driving test, best on his course as an electrician etc but there you go….I took up the pipe as way to get through my grief and it was the only thing that helped as my generation certainly won’t talk about feelings …..

I feel for you Brother. I had something similar at C5-C6. I could have been a paraplegic, but I had a disc replacement surgery. I had an artificial disc installed. Best thing I could have ever done!

I don't even smoke but I'm enjoying your videos. It's refreshing seeing someone so down to Earth despite being in a totally different part of the world (I'm in the US). Part of my family immigrated from England so I guess I see similarities in some ways. I've been dealing with autoimmune arthritis in my joints for the last few years so I understand how you must feel. Life is really what you make of it and you seem to be doing a good job of staying positive. Wishing you the best for your recovery!

Love the genuine vibe you have with these vids. Keep it up from across the pond! I am probably younger than you (mid 20s) your videos helped to calm me down while my thoughts have been getting the best of me. Good luck on the spine problems as I deal with scoliosis as a daily struggle. (Never even tried pipe tobacco but thinking about giving it a try, mostly just stick to snus as it’s supposed to be “healthier” than dip.)

I have been lied to a fked over by every Dr I have had live in chronic pain my whole life basically and now I have chest pains after the mandatory jabs. At this point I hate doctors and know first hand they are arrogant trash

Ive suffered anxiety and manic depression since 17 finally now im 40 im doing something about it on some great medication and started talking therapy and not felt so positive in years this is a good subject mens mental health is ignored these kinda videos help raise subject 👍

I suffer with PTSD due to childhood trauma, I don’t smoke a pipe but I’m thinking about getting one as I think it would be comforting and good for taking one’s mind off of things and block those invasive thoughts,, powerful poem btw, just found your channel and I have subscribed, all the best and thanks 👍
