Lmao! 3-you make 0 sense on the battery talk so I’ll just tell you, running 2p with these batteries is essential. Two packs would only get you so far with the extra load this truck produces. Need those extra Ah when it’s under full load which is around 600a which an xlx2 will pull. Helps decrease the voltage sag with extra Ah. If you’re not jealous or ignorant than you have some anger issues or something else going on.. especially if this video offends you in any way enough to complain in the comment section that I am not running my stuff the way you would. @@ConsCustomz I question if you can imagine a world that isn't yours. My xmaxx did 140 yesterday, with 5hp maybe, sorry, 5000 KW. 18/30 gears. Just saying, you are using a fake castle.. I put a kitchen cabinet door in front to make it aerodynamic, I had to remove the front and middle, so it would use 2 tires. I put the front tires on the ESC mount so it could handle dirt roads. Afterward, I changed the oil and it was back to being boring normal.. Stop attacking my writing, I can't understand your broken English, so I try making an obvious thing for you to attack. Wow! Great run driving skills! Was this with stock Rlaarlo suspension or upgraded to black aluminum parts? Did you remove the shocks and install dog ones? It seemed to handle the weight and speed of the car very well! Excellent job! I bought a lot of aluminum parts and now wondering if it matters? I am also wondering if the big 6s battery impacts control of the car? You made it seem easy?
Thank you I do appreciate it! This was completely stock arms, suspension, everything. I ran fuel tube on the rear shocks to limit the squat. Only modded the car to fit the motor and electronics. I built a new one with different setup and all the aluminum stuff. You can see it in my recent videos. Honestly the aluminum stuff is just pretty, it’s not needed, the stock stuff will work fine. I’d upgrade to the aluminum hubs though, those are worth it. The big 6s pack will affect the handling if the car isn’t balanced for it. I set mine up so it was balanced with the big lipo on the one side. I made a LOT of passes that didn’t get posted so it did take some time to fine tune the car.
Thank you so much for the details and confirming the challenges! I’m trying to build a high power 4s car. I bought a TP4040 SVM and hope this will get me there! They (Rlaarlo) are not cheap once you put a TP motor, castle ESC and PPS motor mount in them BUT still way cheaper than an ARRMA build. I also bought launch control. I have not run my car yet. Hey buddy! One more question? What did you use for your motor mount for your TP? I was able to modify the Rlaarlo adj motor mount by drilling out the slide plate for the TP 4040 bigger screws and I shimmed the bottom of the motor mount just under the can but didn’t shim under the drive line. it seems to work but I’m afraid it might break on me at one point because the mount was not engineered for a big motor like that. Also, can you share with me your suspension mods/adj? Do you use nitro tubing to keep the shocks from bottoming out? Does your car drag on the bottom plate? Sorry for all the questions but your runs are very impressive. Thanks, Greg

Where can you get the wheel/tire setup at? I’m working on a speed runner truck and have been trying to figure out where the select few that have foams are getting them at.
There are 2 options..Rick at Gone bananas can do it but have to be patient. This video was the MADMAX foams. Message Lucy Yuan on Facebook and you can get some. They should be released to the public very soon.

Great Kraton and sick run. If you don’t want to share I’ll understand but will you let me know your approximate gearing? Are you running the stock center transmission reduction gears? Mod1 or Mod1.5? I have a single 2028 800kv Kraton and I’m wait on Scorched to make me a dual motor mount. I have trouble estimating gear ratios in the Gear Speed app because I don’t know how to enter the trans ratio with the center reduction in addition to the diff reduction. Thanks for any wisdom you want to share.
