You missed so many good places in Hartsville. There are too lakes (one downtown that you could have driven over), Kalmia Garden (which you drive right past but didn't pull in), Sonoco Products Company, the area out by Walmart, Byerly Park (which you also drive past but didn't pull in; there's a big water park there with waterslides, splashpad, etc.). Not saying this was bad, but you can't give a good look at what Hartsville without being able to see what you're passing and also the small portions you drove through.

Seriously considering moving here. Retired Military.

I'm moving to Mauldin SC, it's right next door to Greenville. I find that area more cleaner and pristine compared to Spartanburg.

The yellow plaque on the right on the sidewalk at 10:56 is part of the Spartanburg Music Trail, plaques throughout the downtown area honoring notable musicians who were from Spartanburg. The church on the left at 13:42 is the city’s largest African-American church. Martin Luther King’s uncle was one pastor there and a 2003 newspaper article stated that Martin Luther King preached his first sermon there after finishing college. However, at that time the church was not in that building, it was in an older building a couple of blocks away.

We live 10 miles south of Rock Hill and shop and eat there. I don’t understand the thinking of the person taking a left in right turning lane during a red light at 8:40. Vehicle behind them went on red light too. 😧 At the 12:00 mark is Winthrop University.

I live in Texas now but when I lived there, I worked at the Federal Building on Bay Street. I did not spot the building and barely recognized anything. Thanks for the journey.
