Im on a swimm team and have practice for an hour every jgith monday thru Thursday so i wash my hair every morning after i have swim practice in a well chlorinated pool, is that okay? PS pls give advice for any swimming shampoo or conditioner and weird to find it
I would definitely not recommend washing your hair in chlorine water. Try to wash it in water that doesn’t have large amounts of chlorine in it. Also I would highly recommend “Paul Mitchell Shampoo Three”. You can find it on Amazon. It’s a shampoo that is meant to get rid of chlorine from your hair.

This advice really does help. I loved the different examples to show what can happen when you stay dedicated to your dreams and goals no matter how hard things get. If you can get past those hard times and learn from them, then everything just gets easier.

As my sister always say: "You might think that other people's life is even shittier then yours, but in the end of the day you're still living a shitty life and that ain't going to change just because you underestimate your problems." She said that because I gave the last advice and she is right. For an ant a spider is way too big, but for us is small. For someone crippled walking up a stair is hard as hell, but for us it's simple. Although someone crippled might be rich and don't know how hard is to afford housing, but we do. Some people have more problem doing stuff then others, yet everyone struggle with something. Best tip would be: Acknowladge that you're struggling, best would be you checking if that is really necessary and if you don't have any choice keep trying, if you think you ain't going nowhere and already spent too much energy solving a problem then learn to live with it and focus on something else.

I can agree to an extent only because I grew up with divorced parents who both struggled to pay bills. I grew up being told that life was hard and I was going to struggle as well just like they did. However I moved out at 18 and got out of the environment and worked my butt off and now I have the freedom to work for myself and made the time to create these videos to help others in similar situations. I know it might be hard when you grow up in those environments but trust me if you are willing to to get yourself out of it and put in the work to create a better life for yourself then anything is possible. You just have to push through the hard times and trust in God.

Your content would be more impactful if it targeted individuals sincerely interested in authentic personal development rather than those merely attempting to adopt an introverted facade.
This video is meant to help introverts to gain confidence within themselves so they are able to talk to other people without being shy. I used to be really introverted and didn’t want to talk to anyone but over time I gained confidence and now I can talk to others or even someone I never met before without being scared. However I do still love my time alone. I’m not trying to cater toward extroverts at all. I’m just saying that just because you’re an introvert doesn’t mean you have to be quiet or scared to talk to people. You can still have confidence within yourself too.
