Discrimination, exclusion, and inequality. Corporations and schools are doing horrible things. They claim by hiring people by skin color or by gender or sex this makes the company better. Last time I checked those characteristics don't perform tasks or have intelligence. They also have quotas to hire people based on these same physical categories. They also pin males as being racist and toxic, while women are fantastic and great. Ask a school or a corporation how they view Caucasians, and you will see the dei literature describes them as being systemically racist and having white privilege.

Hi! I really appreciate the thoughtful and detailed video. I launched a nonprofit in 2020 with fellow film students, it’s taking us four years just to get everything running and prove that we serve our mission in order to receive funding. It’s really amazing to now have the ability to fiscal sponsor student projects that might not be sponsored by a bigger nonprofit. It is a lot of paperwork and a full-time job. But I highly recommend if someone is on the fence, and start small. Meanwhile, you can seek out the fiscal sponsorship and learn the process through that so when your nonprofit is ready, you won’t be scratching your head and begging for advice. Thank you again for the awesome video. I’m so excited to help students in support of their projects and share the knowledge of creative funding for those who are truly starting from nothing.

Non profit institutions get "caught up" lmao.. These non profits promote this DEI stuff. Promote is a rather weak term.. They foist this stuff on companies and into the education system. A lot of non profits are responsible for providing the objectionable materials to schools at least in the UK but I would assume the same is true in the US.

The entirety of DEI not being racist as a claim is hinged on a marxist dynamic of oppressed/oppressor that states that people who are "oppressors" can't be victims of racism. Is that a view you share? Is it impossible for people to be "racist toward whites"?
