Hi Marta, there are two types of manufactured home subdivisions. One where you own the lot and there is no lot lease, and the other is where you are just purchasing the manufactured home, not the land. On these you will have the land lease.

I agree. Climate is important. Fortunately the government is taking steps to insure our future water supply.

It is beautiful November through March. I would extend it through May. The summers are hot, but better than six months of cold :)

It definitely has changed over the last 10 years! Prices have increased here and across the country, pushing the first-time home-buyer further out with longer commutes.

Prices have increased over the last few years, but the prices are better than prices in many areas of the metropolitan area and other states. There are several options in the RV resort area. You can buy a new or used Park Model from the Cal AM, but a resale and rent a space for your RV 1+ months.

They are all so pretty! Fishing is allowed in all the lakes. Boating, swim boards, etc. are allowed, but swimming is not allowed.
