This is one of the very few videos on CZcams of the first version of Capcom's Jojo game (Jojo's Venture). I honestly like the hit sparks and ground landing effects better than the ones from HFTF, but I like the Super sparks/portraits/etc from HFTF far more.

Since apparently I've never commented on this video, let me share some fun facts about it. I made the original video (sans music) and shared it on 4chan's /f/lash board in 2006. (I contacted the uploader years ago, but they didn't believe me.) The computer I emulated on couldn't handle playing the game and recording at any decent quality at the same time, hence the slowdown. The first recording had severe compression artifacts. The characters are using alternate colors because I was pressing ❌ to select instead ⭕ not yet realizing which one Japan defaulted to. I wanted to get a third Checkmate! in, but even with max meter there wasn't enough time to finish with Road Roller.
