Just as we deh Gullah Geechee peepo used sweet grass to make deh Fannah and all the baskets fue deh rice we needed.... The same as deh baskets in Sierra Leone in West Africa
Anna-Marie, you are just great. I just hate to eat lobster because of all the work involved. You changed everything...really...We just ate 3 lobsters using exactly your method. It worked really well. What a terrific job explaining how to get the most out of a yummy lobster !!! It was some nice to see somebody explain exactly what I do, right down to not losing the juice out of the claws! That said, out of all that, I picked up two brand new tricks that I really look forward to trying: giving the claw a whack with the fist, and using the small part of the pincer as a tool to clean out the knuckles. EXCELLENT! Wonderful video. Thank-you! (From a fella originally from the North Shore!)

Thanks! I'm from the Oregon Coast and we eat a lot of Dungeness Crabs here, but I've never had the opportunity to eat a fresh Lobster. I've always wondered what the difference would be in picking one of those clean. I'll be prepared if I ever get the chance now. It was fun to watch.
