Thanks for this! Doubt I'd still be playing this game without help like this. Gotta love when CG adds these battles that can really just boil down to RNG, and then make you have to finish them multiple times. Not like CG has ulterior motives and wants you to fail often, or anything...

Could you make an influence guide on what the people you gain influence with actually give you. For example, Atton gives you +1 will saves eventually. Visas gives you Force Sight. What do the others give you once you unlock everything? As you have mentioned in this video and others, characters can steal influence from others. And is it worth gaining influence with others? For Mira, after you convert her (or not) do you need to gain any more influence with her?

I think the biggest thing 2024 PHB gives is flexibility to play the character you want.

Very nice and well thought out video for Jedi Master. I recently picked up the game for the Switch (no expanded content for me), but still like the game and the d20 system I grew up playing with. Thank you very much for the tip about regenerate force points feat. I didn’t know you get that automatically as a Master and it would be a wasted feat past lvl 15. In your opinion, are skills important? I give my characters a 14 int score because of the skill deficit of the class. That means I give my str an 8 and my dex a 10. I’m curious what you think.

right, so i downloaded the cracked exe file, replaced it in the correct folder, changed the ini file over to 1920x1080 and it doesnt change over to 1920x1080, it just keeps reverting to 1280x1024

As a kid my strategy of put all your points in strength and constitution, wear heavy armor and use no force powers was enough to beat the game on hard. I didn't grow up playing DND so I didn't understand the terminology or the mechanics. I brute forced the game thru blind trial and error. Honestly I didn't know what Keen was until I was an adult lol they really needed an ingame encyclopedia or something that explains all the terminology. Games like final fantasy did that like 10 years prior.

I almost always start as Sentinel because I like having high skills, and skills are more involved than in KOTOR 1. Prestige class doesn't matter as much from there, it ultimately depends on my mood when I choose because every direction is OP and I have fun with all 3(6?)

I love Consular in The Old Republic, so if I ever do play KOTOR I think I'll go with this build.

Consular is an amazing class, just very squishy early game. Consular / Jedi Master will always be my favorite mostly because by mid game you're just a force power monster. Though I also like Sentinel / Watchman as well. Sentinel I normally cross class for demolition and stack security/demolition on my Jedi so I can unlock doors and disable mines (Mines = xp/credits up the wazoo) while having my companion slots open for any companion I want. Consular/Jedi Master you can kind of do the same thing but you need 14 Intelligence and using two Feats for Cross Classing Demo and Security. Sentinel you just have to waste 1 feat for demolition and 12 intelligence for the same results.

I prefer Handmaiden. She’s so cute and plus she’s very handy!

The Disciple is honestly a very underrated character. I think most are confused by the soldier consular combo. But I think you hit the head with how to build him though. I keep him as a soldier as long as possible because he's pretty powerful as a soldier. Switching him to consular just to get access to buffs and a light saber while preferably powers that are not armor restricted. He can be a pretty good ally. Kind of like Atton a really prefer avoiding making him a Jedi for a long time. 😂
