This school is a fraud…if u live in Maryland or surrounding areas …don’t go to Lincoln Maryland…they don’t do hands on practices like they say in their commercials…90% of the classes r theory or sit in classrooms and,spend time taking 3-4 tests per day …don’t go here …$35k is not worth it ..if u starting as new career…first learn by yourself..buy book and, spend time in shops …u will learn more than spending $35k + your times

This school is a fruad …plz plz plz don’t go to to Lincoln Maryland…they don’t teach you anything…I’m in this school and,I already regretted ….they only make you sit in class rooms & make you take bunch of tests …they only have 2-3 cars and,barley work + you sharing it with other 300 students….they have 8 - 9 classes and, u only spend 16 days ….barely learning or hand practicing on anything…go learn buy yourself…don’t pay $35k for this bs …fruad school

If u have 1 + more years experience in working on cars then,this school is for you but, for new folks ..just entering in new careers…u wasting ur Time and money here in this school…u barely get a chance in working on cars so, don’t go …just buy auto books read + try to get a job or volunteer in workshops

All young men need to learn …don’t go to this school unless you have past experience with automotive knowledge or working experience….if u r new to auto & want to get hands on practices (this school is not for u) this school is not worth it to spend $35k + interests ….they don’t care about students + they only care about adding more students every month & make more profit for their boards and shareholders….they have 2-4 cars (for over 250 students)& majority of the classes r spending time in class rooms …taking bunch of tests, attendance tests and tests…they accept Students every month & hand in practice r bs …u get rare practice…plz plz don’t go here if you don’t have any previous or current car knowledge or hand practices …you will be regretting it …you barely get a chance to fix or work on cars …it’s all drama to fool …you sit all day in class rooms and take notes or take bunch of quizzes and test..u have 16 days in each class to learn …imagine 16 days to learn engine, 16 days to learn electricity, …

I have an issue with making as much flavorful (I'm referring to intensity) gravy as I possibly can with the amount of stock and drippings I have and I LOVE your method of adding roux to stock (stock and drippings). I'm going to try it this year. Thank you for the lesson!!!

The entire concept of gravy COMES from the drippings. Where do people think it came from. Back in the day you had to eat everything or you literally died. So naturally people found a way to use the melted fat and juice from the animals they hunted. So it’s especially annoying when certain chefs throw away drippings to make a gravy they prefer from outside ingredients. They’re missing the point of the gravy, even if they produce a flavor they prefer.
