Just to give the above comment even more context! The very next video I clicked on was a 3 bed 2 bath nearly double the size with granite counters throughout, high end appliances and everything you could ask for a few steps from the buildings door. The only difference is it's 200m from the beach and you can even still see the beach. Price $129,000 euro!

Stayed in that building last fall and it was extremely noisy. The condo’s next to those are 100x nicer.
