I've ate a couple a places that guy has featured on his show. In Hawaii and in California and they were terrible! Food was cold and tasted like it came out of a box and over priced like it was 5 star restaurant because his show was there. Don't get me wrong, I love Guy and his show but these people and the owners of restaurants featured get all greedy and movie star struck and turn their places and food to pure shit!!!

In this video I remember years ago when I was working in a IRISH restaurant and I cook Jesse was from MEXICO and he told me that he can't eat Jaleponos anymore because it's burning his stomach so he stopped but he told me to remove the seeds and be very careful because the heat from the peppers will burn your eyes and they did my face turned red and the pain unreal so I am very careful and I don't know how they do it but it's not me
