There have other way Go to cell that you need to value and type & sign and multiply your qty and unit price example 10 kg. qty 220 . unit price Go to you value cell and type &10*220 and press ctrl+E to auto fill and select your value cells Press the Ctrl+F and replace your &sign to = sign it will automatically shows the total value

FOR THIS SHORT OUT THE PROBLEM I GIVE SPACE BEFORE TIME AND DATE THAN IT WILL BE SHORTENED IN WRAP TAX. FOR THE SHORTEN THE COLUMN EVERY CELL I GIVES SPACE BEFORE TIME AND DATE. SIR, HOW TO DECREASE THE COLUMN IF TIME AND DATE IN WRAP TAX WITH OUT # SYMBLE AND HOW TO APPLY TO ALL THE COLUMN - PLEASE EXPLAIN SIR. IT IS NOT WORKED EVEN APPLIED THE FORMAT.

I could not get this to work , selected rows, insert , but it inserted the number of rows selected pushing the selected rows down, not what I wanted? you also say ctrl n + r , but when I tired ths I ended up wthe a new shee befroe I could hit r .

Is there a way to have multiple selections in the drop down using the sumsif function and the spreadsheet will calculate both selections or the multiple selections in the drop down?

What if we have numerous different items bought and sold during the year. Can you please guide on that also. It would not be efficient to make different tabs especially if the variety of items is large. I would be grateful if you can suggest on that. I do regular trading in stock market and i have large number of transactions for different shares. I want to use your model as guidance but i am stuck because of various items.
