The grip on that is crap. Decent machete...but wrap the grip in leather.

The only minor thing I would change is getting a proper rubberized grip on the knive.

Only problem is a lot of Guntubers are psychos that want to put guns in classrooms. Brandon Herararara is not of them, and uses his channel to push pro school shooter policy. The algorithm needs to do a better job of filtering between psychos like that and normal guntubers though

I personally carry a Gerber Prodigy when I camp or hike.

I recently got a Cold Steel SRK-C for daily carry. Didn't go into it blind; I know about the issues with the breaking tips, I saw what kind of tang it has, and I saw the video where you snapped the SRK. Them saying to go ahead and post the video despite the failed tests and they're gonna look into the issue makes me feel good about them as a company.

My BK7 is almost 5mm thick, you wouldn't bend that. Never had a knife that holds an edge so well either. Great knife as is it's smaller sibling, you don't know what you're talking about 😂

Great knife, I bought the 120 though because I hae large hands and its just asthetic for me I like a knife that looks proportionate in my hand. I have bought many buck knives and have never been dissapointed with them

Buck calls the grooves on the 119, blood grooves. I duuno what they are but they look cool.

The only bad part about Cold Steel's fixed blades are their sheaths. They have fiberglass in them so they dull your blade every time it goes in or out of the sheath

I got the titanium bonded one of that brand. I have other rope saws & hand saws. I just wanted one mainly for brush. It works good in that realm. But I do have a decent backup machete.
