If you are bending a tool like that, you are doing something wrong.
Are you good
MEGA SICK BIKE
Thanks for sharing the tutorial, I bought this tire irons last week and it works fine: amazon.com/dp/B0D5PVJZJH 😄😄😄😄
Those iron might be over kill for a dirt bike, but looks like they will work on John Deer tractors.
Nice find. Solid bike.
It’s perfect for exploring logging roads in comfort.
Still rocking my '99 XR250 . Yours looks like it's been taken care of very well! Enjoy it! I have certainly enjoyed mine for the last 25 years and ALMOST looks as clean as yours. Enjoy it!
Thanks, I took it out yesterday for a 100 mile ride. It's underpowered, but keeps up better than I expected. So far I am having a great time with it.
Nice bike!!! the best 250R configuration.
Sweet!
Awesome man
Awesome find. Congrats!
Thanks I bought it up in Utah and I need to get it home and grease it all up and fine tune everything.
This is stupid, your choke path inside the carb now doesnt seal and remains half open making your idle extremely rich
You would be correct if the internal plungers were different lengths, however the internals were the same length and only the external shaft was shorter. After this mod when the bike was on the choke the idle was high and when pushing the choke back in the idle returned to normal.
Same exact thing happend to me last month but I had to launch myself left cuz if I went straight I would have fallen 30 meters and probably be dead or paralyzed right now Results?: Broken arm too😢
It's crazy how many close calls we all have.
check out Cisco's Power Valve Spring.
I sold the bike a while back and have sworn off two strokes. Right now I'm loving the WR250F, nice tractable power.
Just wondering if you remember what diameter and size the throttle stoo screw is
It’s an m6. However if you want to know what tool to remove it it’s a security torx. Get them a harbor freight
Wow really helped...
Thanks a ton.
Give it up you old geezer!
Where do these guys find used bikes for $200???
what was the verdict? I am in northern NV and use the Shinko 216 cheater religously but im always looking for better
After trying all 3 I'd rate the Shinko f546 and tallon as a tie, the are both really good at least an 8 out of 😁10 for both. The T-45 isn't too bad, but I had more confidence with the tallon, I would give it a 7😔 out of 10. The tallon felt noticeably better in the sand than the t45.
I feel like deflating the tire by removing the core/valve, followed by a generous amount of tire soap or Windex would help in saving the tools next time around.
I don't have to worry about tires anymore :D im so bored now .. testing tires was fun , you ride for the tire :D
The Parker you recommended was pretty good.
I ride a Parker because of your recommendation too.
this is amazing video.....your video took me to mengel pass, which i would never do it on my own....great
Thanks, I had wanted to go up there to see the Barker Ranch where Charles Manson was arrested. There is also an interesting story about the Death Valley missing Germans in 1996 that motivated me to get out there.
@@nvmcrider8475 Thanks, yes, I am an avid watcher of such channels....about hiking and biking adventures, missing persons...i watched the videos regarding missing germans.....my heart felt great pain to know what tortures that ill-fated family might have undergone in a desolate desert....sitting in a far corner of India, i would never imagine to visit those places....so your video took me a free ride to those places....for which my special thanks to you....death valley, despite it's ominous name, holds tremendous appeal and charm...in fact, i took a lot of screenshots so that i could once again go thru those areas...admire your daredevilry of biking those areas...
My fan isn’t coming help plz help urgent
Happene to me not too long ago it sucks
It takes a while but you will heal up good as new.
Use some Lube.. soap..
Thx for the vid. Hard to find reviews for these. Mounted mine yesterday, posting a review soon after the first ride. Very weird tires... mixed feelings. Front 80/100x21 feels very wobbly and deflects because of the harder compound. Back 110/100x18 felt bad at first but I grew to like its traction in loose stuff. Might as well run the Talon, IMO. These were kind of lame.
When I first rode on the rear I thought it was ok, but as it got a little worn it performed badly. I would not recommend the rear tire and I never tried the front, the t45 Tusk rear is pretty decent and not much more money.
Tire is garbage.
I was impressed
I'll give this one a shot! Let's keep it a secret so the price stays low 🤫😅
If it's on my channel it could get tens of views.
Is the new tire for a 250f
Yes it is. I said in the video that they didn't make a 120, but they actually do for 19" wheels. What type of bike do you have?
I have a 01yz250f mechanically upgraded engine
Ohh noo , sorry it didn't work
I'll stick with the glue on grips I guess. What's new in Romania?
It’s been 5 months! How do you feel? Worth buying again?
I would not buy this tire again. I would buy the Tusk emex t45 instead. They raised the price on this tire to 60$ which is only 7$ less than the 45 and the 45 is far better.
@@nvmcrider8475 Good to know! I've been using the Paker DT rear for some time now but wouldn't mind saving $15 next purchase.
Hell yeah! Stick it to the man!
Who is this man?
The man is everywhere, In the White House, down the hall....
Stick it to the man!
Nice setup!
I love my hitch hauler. It’s so much better than towing a trailer. It doesn’t reduce gas mileage, easy to park, easy loading/unloading.
Hate wasting money on gas, unless it's gas for the bike. I always enjoy your video's, you do a great job on the editing and voice overs.
Did you have the dealer install the trailer hitch?
Installed myself. Got the hitch on Amazon and it took a couple of hours to install
Why is this advertised as a hard terrain tyre, when the rubber is so hard 🤔
Where's this?
I have a drz400, they're good bikes. I would respectfully disagree with you about the fcr pumper carb. If you can find a good deal on one, it will add a lot of fun to the drz, while still maintaining it's legendary reliability.. Will it perform like a modern 450 mx bike? Of course not. But it will greatly improve the throttle response and widen the torque curve of the engine. The bike will pull much harder and have more top end power, which is very good for highway use. I feel like many people that say you shouldn't bother upgrading the drz400, are being snobs, and/or are also missing the point. Some people just want better throttle response, and for that reason alone, it proves to be worth doing for them. These bikes come very choked up from the factory, and even adding an exhaust, jet kit and opening up the airbox some, makes a substantial performance difference.
Motorcycles are a little bit like golf clubs, in that no one single bike can meet all of your potential needs. I have put about 2000 miles on my DRZ and I do enjoy that it is quiet, smooth and gets good mileage. So for cruising to the store or down some smooth flat dirt roads it works very well. I also have a Yamaha WR 450 that I have street legalized and it blows away the DRZ at everything, except being smooth and quiet. No matter how much you spend on the DRZ it will not out perform a street legalized WR 450 at aggressive off road riding. If the DRZ was my only bike, then it would be worth following your suggestions to get more performance out of it. Thanks for the feedback.
the fuck where are you riding? :D
So, you're not supposed to run into the big rocks on a trail dude.
I do miss that $250 four stroke sound
The Yamaha 250's are great bikes.
Is round and It's black as long as it's not fat you should be good
I've been pretty happy with most of the Tusk products I've bought. I even have a set of SXS tires.
This tire is pretty good and the price is as good as it gets.
Reminds me of a D752...
You know your tires, it does look very similar to the 752..
Cool I am waiting for your review I got two of that tires just for the price but I will no try it for a little bit becouse I have 2 more races coming and I don’t want to try anything new
What type of soul are you riding on? I will be testing it in desert sand and rocks
I am in Arkansas so we have everything and a lot of rocks. This is the paradise for enduro riders I am using irc v33 s and for now best option
good tyre for smooth ground, on hard ground, useless, wear out pretty fast.....
For desert riding it lasted longer than most, however on hard slick rock, like smooth granite, it spun pretty easily. Now I'm pretty much just using the Tusk emex 45 for the rear, mainly because of their price and they get good traction, but not quite as good as the Maxis Desert IT.
@@nvmcrider8475 the metzeler mc 360 mid-hard is better with a good grip on the ground and acceptable wear
