Thank you. Really good clear instructions. I love cottage cheese but only have goats milk, so I’m going to try this. However, I can’t cope with music all the time and I muted this video. If possible, please would you consider producing videos with no music, please? Lots of people have problems with pumped up music added to everything we watch. Yes I know how to turn on the mute button! (So many people make a comment about that!) But it means my whole world is silent. And I’d love to hear the kitchen sounds, which make for a really nice wholesome video. Thank you ❤

OMG this really works I tried it for the first time with my sis qnd it didn't work instead it turned into cottage cheese because in the first step we didn't let the milk sit long enough for the temp to rise and now I tried it again alone and it actually came out exactly like mozzarella thanks a bunch ❤😊
