@@chrisrob192 I went to Sidari over 30 years ago but obviously it’s somewhat more commercialised now but ur video highlighted the real Greek hospitality that is still there Today. Because of quality videos like urs showcasing the Traditional side we will be going to Sidari in June this year 😎 Keep being real because that’s what makes ur videos stand out from the crowd 👍
If I had to pick a plane to fly in a storm the 747 would be one of them.
Love your video, we stayed in the same studios in 2008, the kitchen is the same but we had old wooden slatted doors to the balcony and old brown furniture so they look very posh now in comparison 😂 We are coming back next year, staying at the Contessa Hotel HB which is just behind the Katerina Palace, cant wait x

I love landing in LV at night. The runways are right at the end of the Strip.
Not what you want to see looking out your window off in the distance in the beginning of the video. Ominous looking sky with lots of lightning. Cool looking but also scary.
That was a hard landing, but under those conditions it wasn't to bad at all.

Cool video! One of the 8 days a year you'll see storms in Vegas 😂. Actually I lived there one summer. It was cool to see the lighting storms over the mountains

Flying into Vegas is bumpy even in good weather but MUCH worse in stormy weather.

Vegas doesn't get a lot of thunderstorms except for perhaps late summer in the monsoon season. This one had quite a bit of ligtning but well north-northeast of Vegas, probably 20-30 miles. Perfectly safe landing.
I just can’t get over how huge the 747 wing is
Bad landing
It was a great landing! That runway is relatively short and can be challenging in a much smaller airplane. Couple a relatively short runway with lots of wind and convective activity and there isn’t time to try and milk the landing for a greaser. You plant it on and get it stopped.
Booked here the room you have was it in the hotel or was this a studio apartment
We can't really remember. We were bed and breakfast and I think it might have been the hotel part.

wow that was a bit of a punch onto the tarmac and the skies certainly look nasty. But, if you want a stormy 747 experience, try a flight that takes you through a nice big anvil shaped Cumulonimbus cloud over a nice hot bit of Africa - that's a real engine wobler of a test on the wing and engine spars - hope your trip to Vegas was fun and thanks for using BA
Alcatraz is number 1 on my bucket list, Maybe I can plan it in to a trip over to the west coast next year.....seeing as we go to Vegas too lol
