I had extreme anxiety, shakiness, rapid heart rate. Nervous stomach and vibrating in my chest. Racing thoughts. It was like the worst anxiety attack but it lasted all day. I was physically sick to my stomach, no appetite and dehydrated. My urine was orange coloured. Everyone around me said it was just nerves but I know how I felt. It was not an anxiety attack for 12 hours. This happened 3 weeks ago and again in Friday when we had another solar storm. Thank You for your guidance.
