Hello fellow audiophile junkies & welcome to my Hi-Fi youtube channel!
On this channel I will share with you the results of my experiments in selecting the most compatible components when building Hi-Fi systems.
I have over 25 years of experience in various audio salons, working with dealers and manufacturers of Hi-Fi & Hi-End equipment. I have firsthand experience with many different brands and their respective components, and have picked up some useful tips, tricks, and ideas along the way.
But that is all in the past, audio is not my main business anymore. Now I live in a small country house, and continue with my Hi-Fi experiments as a hobby 🙂
I will also feature Hi-Fi systems of my friends as time permits.

I always get irritated by nitwits who are judging a system via their internet, reproduced on their computer. If it sounds great, you don't have to look further, you already have what you are looking for! Btw, Peter Qvodrup and I know each other personally over 30 years, he knows my love for most of his products, but in my home, not here!

That is the best audio system presentation and comparison i have seen on YT. Many presenters on YT and hifi shows only play non demanding music (voice + guitar only) to hide the weakness of the system. Here the drum track tells everything about dynamics and timing. The antique desk is beautiful. Well done!

Honestly, not great, especially for the price. It’s let down by the speaker placement, as you lose much of the magic of the AN-E once you pull them out of the corners.
What veneer on the speaker?
Olive wood.
Sounds good, but I think the Meishu amplifier would need AN E speakers. Presentation of video material as always without complaints.
Yes, you might be right. This is not my amplifier though, an acquaintance of mine gave it to me for testing... He actually uses it with AN-E speakers. Thanks.

I can’t say that it’s better, but not worse either... I just don’t own an AN transport at the moment.. :)
Damn, those speakers go LOW….. Those low pipe organ notes! Beautiful job with the build. Sounds fantastic on headphones. I can only imagine what to like in real life.

The AN-TT3-turntable has great musical potential, but its cost is simply too high.. And very difficult to find on the secondary market.

This turntable made me give up my beloved Garrard 301 and Thorens 124.
Audio note speakers are a joke, colored and muffled sound. Box has resonances, frequency response is very uneven.
The box is designed to resonate.
@@davidspendlove5900 that is ridiculous. A speaker is not an instrument, it should be as rigid and resonant free as possible.

Kennt jemand die 3 Lp s, welche als Demo gespielt worden ?
I very much like AN gear. But I'm not a big fan of their two way speakers which they've hung their hats on for years. Having heard them at a few audio shows in AN's "live vs recorded" comparisons they sounded disappointing to say the least. On their own they sound okay but no more.

The room is approximately 35 square meters. But the acoustics of the room and the location of the system could be better :) Lots of windows everywhere. This system is not mine, I do not have detailed information. Sorry.

The first LP track was recorded in 1970. The last track is a mono recording from 1958. I don’t think anyone had heard of audiophile tracks back in those days. :)
