Didn't even watch this video after seeing your specs. I'm amazed daily at videos like this. Latest, Greatest CPUs with 4080, 4090s. I'd love to see a video for once where an average PC was used. Most MSFS users are still sporting mainly old i5 and i7s, RTX3060s and below, RTX 2 series, GTX, etc. Where are the videos to help the average user? Here's an idea folks, go out tonight and drop $4K on an i9 with an RTX 4090, 2tb SSD and 64gb of high speed RAM, you won't need these tweaker videos. Oh, what's that, you have a mortgage and kids to raise, college tuition, gas, groceries, all 20-30% higher than when MSFS came out?

Which video of yours mentions your NCP Global settings? Was searching but couldnt find it.

I am curious to see the changes after you upgrade. I have an Intel 14900k with an RTX 4090 GPU. I have limited my fps to 60fps with similar settings to you, my LOTD at 200 though and some of my setting are at ultra where I saw you yours were set to high or off. I have limited my FPS to 60FPS (due to my monitor) in my Nvidia settings and my FPS does not drop below 59fps. With Frame Gen on my monitor is always at 119fps; (I only have a 120hz monitor,) which is good enough for me. (My monitor records actual FPS but on MSFS it will only show the FPS generated by MSFS). I have no stutters or any issues, no mater what i fly. I am sure the Ryzen CPU will make a big difference for you. I have no issues with my system, and my graphics are perfect for me. I think you will be happy with the upgrade. My CPU and GPU temperatures are at safe levels even though I have overclocked and under-volted my CPU. (CPU temp stays below 70 degrees, only clocked at 5200mhz., GPU usage runs between 40 to 95%) I have upgraded my fans on my cooling system too. Overall, with the right settings, better hardware and some testing, I am sure you will be happy with the upgrade.

In NVPI you change the global driver profile in the section 'Other'. On the lines concerning DLSS. Strangely I dont have these DLSS lines available in mine. Using a AMD 7950x3d + 4090rtx by the way. Do you have any idea why this is?

Never put your Anisotropic filter to OFF otherwise your runway will looks totally blurry. It should be at 16X in all time. Also, using AUTO FPS app, you should let your Terrain Level of Detail to 200 and the app will adjust it automatically. What suck the most on the pereformances is TLOD. Beflow 5000' it's the best idea to set it at 50 but above that you have to increase it gradually to 100 and 200 to make your texture appearing farther. Also Shadow map and Terrain shadow should be at 2048 for very nice sharp shadows in the cockpit.

HI what you use for licking your FPS with hotkey?

I installed Lossless Scaling for the frame gen. I was very sceptical but... damn it's amazing! I can now easily do Inibuilds' Heathrow, with everything on Ultra + FSLTL on high settings. It's literally a game changer.

Hi. Do you not get any issue of blurring instruments and displays when moving using DLSS? It's unusable for me in the Fenix becuase of this.

Lots of stuttering with this software enabled in both X-Plane and MSFS. Not that good really and I’m glad it was inexpensive.

I've stopped using it. I have an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D with RTX 4090 and for me it's smoother without it and just use austofps than lossless scaling. I get 80fps without but don't really care about frames, for.me smoothness is more important

I have 144hz monitor and get 60 fps in sim with frame gen ON.. so at what VALUE should I set my FPS LIMIT and refresh rate?

Amd Vsync on , monitor 60 HZ , TAA renderscale 100, 5120*2160 and Fsr2toFSR3 mod Lukefz. butter smooth on my 7900xtx 25GB

afaik this stuff won't work with dynamic vertical frequency of monitor. free sync, g sync, g sync compatible, if something of that enabled this stuff just do nothing with frames. may be will updated. about hdr i don't know. but description about half of gpu if hdr support on, sound strange if that not about gtx980-1060

Just get a decent PC and you will find it will work fine without all this Lossless scaling nonsense

The results in the base sim benchmarks should be the same because lossless scaling is only an overlay that makes movement look more fluid. But the underlying sim will still be stuttering.

Is there a way to get this? I have took a look at their official page but there doesn't seem to be a version for MFS2020

You always turn on the autopilot on the side from which you are pilot flying. So if you're on the right seat, AP2 has to be used. And in the left seat, AP1. This also affects Pilot Monitoring/Pilot flying swaps. If left seat is PF for the take off and first half of the flight, AP1 is ON, and if the crew decides right seat will be PF for the landing, when control is passed from left to right AP1 goes OFF and AP2 On

I don’t know if it’s me but I feel my fps drops like crazy when BeyondATC IS ON

The other traffic really keeps you on your toes and makes you plan ahead like the real pilots do in real life. The sim feels sterile without the other planes flying around you.

I think the voices are overall quite good. Some feedback would be that the voices tend to inflect upward whereas real ATC tends to inflect downward and sounds more monotone. The voices currently sound more conversational than ATC.
