Thinking is a good thing usually, but sometimes I think too far to the end of the universe, but I've learned not everything should be thought about. After all, I won't be around for the end anyways, I'll be long gone and that thought though slightly morbid,is oddly comforting if u allow it to be. Dont get caught up in the distant future that u forget what's happening around you. I feel in tune with my own body, thoughts, mind and identity than I've had in years now, because I started thinking about NOW than THEN. The past is gone and u can't change what has happened. The future is coming but u can't speed up its arrival or know it will even happen.
