Say I find a rural land away from city/county utilities for sale and I buy it on an owner financed loan. Can I purchase a manufactured home through VA and put it on the land? If yes, are there any additional requirements like connecting to septic and solar power?

50% of income isnt a good amount to "Afford" on a mortgage. Most financial professionals will tell you that Housing expenses should be no more than 27-30%. So just because you Qualify for a $2492 a month Mortgage doesn't mean you can afford a $2492 mortgage

How can you do land/manu-home in one mortgage?

My income is $7,000 a month plus $975 VA disability.... Of the $7000 by mileage pay as a truck driver $1800 is categorized as PER DIEM/NON TAXABLE INCOME. I havent been able to find a lender that will qualify on my $7000 wages they omiting the $1800....leaving me with $5200 wages Appreciate if a lender recognize my $7000 wagws which all earned by driving....per diem is tax bracket they take portion of my wages earned into these tax bracket....i dont turn in reciepts and i dont pay more than $500dollars a monthly in groceries and living in truck. Worksheet from accounting department breaks down my pay for each period and shows my mileage pay rate times my miles driven = $7000 a month roughly averaging give a $100-200 more each month

Hey, I took a screenshot of your video as I had my volume turned up all the way on CZcams and the volume of my laptop nearly at 96% and it was still hard to hear you. I recently started out on my own and I am trying to manage learning everything and also get some biz....I'm putting this comment here because this is the latest lending pad video. I started with lending pad and I like it. My question is do you send docs through lending pad at all? If so, how do you manage the emails that accompany the attached docs? When I send a PAL from lending pad I have to type out, attached is your PAL. I type more than that but I have to do it everytime. Support said their is no way to save email templates yet. seems odd which is why I am asking you. ....with all that typing I am starting to think you send your PALs through your POS. But in your background I see a loanzify and floify logo. Do you use both? ...seriously, thank you for the videos I know it's a small market and you're growing, but I hope a few comments help the youtube page/income

When do you use Bomb Bomb during the mortgage process? You mentioned listing agent, which is smart. How about leads, anniversaries, etc.

Thanks for all the amazing info. I'm ready to switch to lendingpad and your videos have been amazing. If you are submitting a file to two separate lenders do you just create two separate files? Also for same client with multiple properties how does lendingpad work with that? Any tips on it? I have a demo with them tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get some answers from them tomorrow too =)
