      Conflict is a normal phenomenon in any organisation or environment. What matters is how you handle it. Every interviewer is aware of this, hence all they want to know is how you have been able to resolve or de-escalate any Conflicts in the past. Therefore, if you have any examples, definitely give an example, but you also need to tell them how you resolved the situation. Hence, applying these principles of Conflict resolution as I have outlined will ensure that you are actually saying what you practice, which will make it easier to answer any Conflict resolution interview questions truthfully. The easiest interviews are the ones filled with truth in them. It flows naturally.
