If you don’t find anything on the premises? Does that mean the shop keeper can sue you for destroying their shop cause I know I would
What a sad life you lot lead eh?
Man they just roll off! Ofsted does not expect schools to take any specific set of steps about site security. Schools should assess the risks posed within their own context and take appropriate and proportionate steps to keep children safe. In particular, inspectors do not have a pre-determined view on the need for perimeter fences. They will consider each school’s site security on its own merits assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/5b5b24c040f0b6339def5c5c/Ofsted_inspections_-_clarification_for_schools_270718.pdf
Disgusting how Mike Sandeman used the recent attack in Southport as his retrospective argument for safeguarding, shame on you Mike!! Damian Whales was asked how many incidents of safeguarding there has been and he failed to answer the question, ss there haven't been any. Werrington is a safe place to live, work and go to school.
Same for me, i dont see Resident parking drop down
Peterborough city Peterborough'fens' Peterboroughshire PE1-PE38
I'm in a mobility scooter and I'm fed up with getting punctures it basically needles on the ground all autumn and winter why can't you put shrubs in with no needles just put slow growing shrubs in
Not to brag but it’s near my location lol-
I didn’t realise Sandi’s deaf. I guess the tortoise is, too 😂
So, what happened to the deaf awareness week? Most random video ever.
It’s may 1st
Feel like Del Boy and his mate are trying to flog Peterborough to me.
Wish all the workers wore jackets that look this clean. 👌
Peterborough city council lost 15 million pound of our money in the Hilton hotel in fletton keys
we had to do it im 12 years old its my future i understand the pain u r in Peterborough new county greater Peterborough PE1-PE12
I won’t focus on the negative comment and walk out (about 2 hrs to 2hrs 20mins), but on the POSITIVE (after 2hrs 20mins). How reassuring and welcome to hear sincere comment amongst all those that remained stating; there was a marked improvement in collaborative working since Peterborough First and Cllr Farooq took leadership in November and the desire to maintain this despite challenges. Further, genuine comment from remainers to put Peterborough and Residents ahead of politics was the way forward, bravo! The Unanimous agreement to the Budget was sighted as an example under this administration, truly a landmark. What can I say, a cool and collected Chairman and mayor Nick Sandford navigating the situation and entire chamber with decorum, definitely deserving of the call to be applauded! Finally, Cllr Farooq was rightly saddened that he and the Chamber didn’t have the opportunity to collectively say goodbye to those councillors who were stepping down or he may never see again. A loss for all because of the walkout. Onwards and upwards! I hope the community see the graft, challenges, and integrity of the councillors we have, and how due process and effective Chairing can navigate any hurdle. Not idle words, I left this recoding feeling confident we have the right team, and officers to deliver. I'm energised to invest my time and effort with them. Change is coming, and for the first time in years I truly feel hopeful.
To think that we have just been hit with a 20% increase in council tax to have to put up with what can only be described as childish behaviour is completely disgraceful.
What an absolute disgrace and farce to watch.
Excellent - All positive folks - Let's Do it! - Let's go Forwards - Onward and Upwards in 'Our City of Peterborough'!
So this vehicle is charged from solar panels and wind turbines is it? Or is it an overpriced gimmick that charges from coal power stations?
We are trialling this vehicle because hybrid vehicles produce lower exhaust emissions than conventional vehicles which is better for the environment. They are also more economical because they use less fuel to run.
Everyone I work with thinks Peterborough City is a dump. They prefer to travel to Stamford or Bourne & Market Deeping , some to Cambridge and others to local towns . 20 people can not all be wrong, surely . One of my neighbours travels to Northhampton. I know why , but then I dont see the city through pretentious rose coloured spectacles. If you would like advice, .please ask, and if you do need to ask, it proves the council really isn't fit for purpose 🙂.
How ridiculous is the sound on this meeting 😡 lost patience trying to listen. !!
Nothing worse than a blocked drain especially on the road for cars to drive like mad through it and splash pedestrians on the pavement but I faced this exact problem a few months ago where an entire lane was flooded and if any vehicle driving on it would splash pedestrians.
Britain can now compete with North Korea for its authoritarian laws.
I can't believe that I've just wasted five minutes of my life that I'll never get back watching this absolutely deluded video. Firstly the cover photograph looks like a bad group from the 60s and then the delivery was both fake and very amateurish and these are the people that are spending our money oh my God and they spoke about another hotel are we paying for that one as well?
Nice Video. To bring people into the City is not just about what you build. Now that John Lewis has gone and M&S are going you need BIG names to entice people into the city. We can all tell a good story, it's coming up with the goods that count.
There is that - we need a central retail offering - not just edge retail for people with cars. Also there is the disaster of the Hilton and the new Cinema in Queensgate. The need for a new swimming pool. Queensgate bus station is not fit for purpose. A huge opportunity was missed with the market too - it is a mere shadow of what it once was rather than being developed into a vibrant indoor market in Westgate House.
Great viewing to see Peterborough promoted by the People who are delivering is an excellent idea well executed. Very well done to all involved hope you get positive results.
I really wish you well. Anything you do can’t possibly make Peterborough any worse than it already is. As for North Westgate, I won’t believe it until I see actual buildings on the site, it’s been talked about since Queensgate opened in 1982. Peterborough was quite a nice city back then.
54:00 banger moment I'm literally blushing at this kaboom-court content ;)
I was at that parade 3 of the left right at the front
Wow …..Kelly …wonderful !!
Congestion charges in Peterborough lol - nothing worth visiting the city centre for, you'd kill the city with that decision if it goes ahead. I can't believe these self-serving idiots are in charge of this city. No wonder it's voted time and time again one of the worst places to live in the UK.
Love this video ❤❤
how about your bins in catherdral square which says recyling or normal waste but there is only 1 bag so it all must be waste and NOT recylable, talk about double standards
Hi Nigel, When the city centre was regenerated some years ago we did install a number of bins that split general waste and recycling to encourage visitors to separate their litter and help us to recycle more waste. However, this proved unsuccessful with many people continuing to throw general waste into the recycling litter bins contaminating the recycling materials collected which then had to be disposed of as general waste. Those dual use bins remain in place and are now used as general waste bins as we cannot send contaminated waste for recycling. We recently trialled recycling bins again in another part of the city, but again we were not able to recycle the material collected because it was contaminated with general waste litter.
Kudos to the council.
Democracy in action, residents well prepared and knowledgeable, the applicant not so. Why on earth a notable company like DHL wants to be in bed with a company that clearly lacks experience, knowledge and any track record of substantial development, beggars belief. Kudos to Peterborough City Council who clearly saw through the smoke, mirrors, spin and lies from the applicant.
AEPG - more lies! Keeping access separate to allow event access when they've put a stop to all events - they just want access for their diggers to destroy the showground. Well done to Peterborough city council for standing up to AEPG - Peterborough still has hope. Peterborough needs the showground - Peterborough needs Speedway
Santas bull dozer
Why is the Council Leader adamant for Speedway to go somewhere else? I believe he wants the houses there and us gone because there will be less hassle for them. I don't believe they are behind us!
When the Speedway is finished am I correct in saying they need planning permission to demolish buildings. Was the rumours correct that the grandstand is a list building plus others
Myself, daughter and grandson travel 120 miles round trip to nearly every meeting, spending money in local businesses whilst there. Really hope a solution can be found, devastating for Peterborough if not.
North westgate
I think not only speedway but the whole site is being misrepresented by APEG, all of the shows we're viable and should be allowed to carry on , It's a sports ,leisure and entertainment centre Peterborough needs that Showground for all of us
Thanks for the opportunity Wayne. Looking forward to hearing the results of your talks with AEPG. I have shared this video with the supporters and also made it clear the owners / future owners should come forward and make their intentions clear to you. Fingers crossed for some good old comment sense 😊 Best regards Robert Clarke
No sound for some of it but I read subtitles 😊
Carbon zero is a scam.
I cannot understand why this was screened live at all . What a farce. I am assuming there’s a lot as a private individual I cannot hear and see but even so why bother showing this at all … tells us nothing, shares nothing . Let’s hope behind the scenes something was accomplished following this “meeting/non debate” . 😡
I really appreciate to see Peterborough City town beautiful it share with us xx😊😍
Why not put the money to the homeless. And feed. Them
Yes😊
