+IWDobbilnate x Because it's not actual pizza dough. These are silicon "dough", made for pizzaiolo freestylers :)
Oh, that makes sense. I keep trying these tricks at my work and then they stretch out to 2XL size and im wondering how they do like 15 tricks without it stretching haha
+IWDobbilnate x they are not using silicon dough.. the mixture of that dough is less yeast high salt and using cold water for long lifen dough

Les 2 j'imagine vu que l'homme doit être le professeur. Je vous invite à aller voir ce que fait un vrai pizzaiolo napolitain tel que ciro salvo, giacomo guido ( trouvable sur Facebook ) sinon vous pouvez regarder ici : forum.hardware.fr/hfr/Discussions/Cuisine/pizza-maison-sujet_28563_1.htm ce forum est bien plus riche en informations que n'importe quelle pseudo école de la pizza en France. Si vous êtes dans la région PACA vous pouvez vous rendre au rossopomodoro ou aux amoureux à Nice et je peux vous promettre que vous ne verrez plus jamais les pizzas que vous avez mangé jusqu'à là de la même façon.
