Welcome to Visual Flow - Designs by SWEET, my name is Traci. I am a Psychologist & Artist in Southwest Florida. I have been an artist, self-taught, since I was a child. My great great grandfather, George Johnson, was a well-known artist of seafaring ships & life on the high seas in the 1800's. His creativity & talent flowed down generationally to my grandmother & artist, June Wilson, who taught me to paint when I was young.
I never pursued art beyond the times she taught me. While I was a good art student in school, I had sports & academics on my mind. I wanted to be a counselor at a young age. I pursued my Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology graduating in 2000. I have practiced since with a focus on treating addiction & behavioral health.
It was not until a serious car accident in 2018 when I was hit by a truck while I was sitting in traffic that my doctoral career was sidelined & I re-developed my interest in art. Now, I integrate 2 passions to help people!
