That right there is a recipe for a very slow reacting thermite. Fun fact 2, thermite is completely legal, since it doesn't react fast enough to be considered an explosive. That's probably why sparklers are so widely sold, and just everywhere. Also, the military grade thermite is usually aluminum powder and powdered iron oxide, but you can also make thermite with copper, titanium, you can do it with lots of stuff. Thermite is some pretty cool stuff.
