The Rawlings Tiger Baseball Club is the premiere summer baseball club organization in the St. Louis area. We offer the highest level of instruction and player development at the high school level.
The Rawlings Tiger Baseball Club was established in 2011 to provide elite skilled high school athletes the opportunity to compete together on a national stage against the country's top competition while showcasing their own abilities to college and MLB scouts and recruiters. Our goal is that every Tiger receives a college baseball scholarship.
The Rawlings Tigers have baseball youth teams ages 5U-14U. These teams are father coached and run under our Tiger umbrella while doing training and instruction with our Tiger high school staff throughout the year. They follow the Tiger five core pillars of player development, sportsmanship, camaraderie, worth ethic, and fun. Our youth teams goal is to develop players in order to make their high school baseball team.

What was that snap
That was a terrible swing
Like you could do better
He still hit a triple

filthy leg kick but W swing
Uh, it's pretty simple. The bottom line is that the pay isn't enough. You need to attract younger umpires. You're lucky to have the old guys that feel obligated to the kids.
I play for the tigers
It’s no even 2027
Class of 2027
class of 2027 😂
Kids….see what not to do. Let’s NOT walk halfway to 1st, then try to turn two and have a terrible, non textbook slide to finish it up.
W bonsesaber
Don’t jog to first, dig it out 100% of the time
Might have actually been out at third
100% out, the ball/mit is on him as he does that quick hand reposition
Hr if he started running right away and rounded 1st
Hear me ,u got what it takes, remember, hustling
Remember this, its 1 time so go all they way, MLB
Ive watched ur video,ur a beast,eyesz on u,solid,MLB

I am 14, and the biggest field I have played on is 410 dead center
290 fences in high school is crazy not trying to hate but like wow im 13 and the minimum I play on is 300
Nice hit
I'm on the 13u tigers in Tennessee I also was on the icon tiger fest team
Nice hit but next time hit the corner of the bag and hit the grass on your way there
I've seen better hits by Madonna in the 2020s
I need that trailer young man. What's a tomboy in a bucket coming home
Boy ain't fast enough to lose the bucket on its own
Why lose the bucket
Balk he never lifted his right heal
Ever heard of Wichita State?
Take all aluminum bats out of baseball 98 percent of the power is from the aluminum bats name one player in MLB that used a aluminum bat
Why are you hating? Aluminum bats only improve initial exit velocity but not really the distance
Dude was safe at 2nd
Eyeblack looks super dumb lol
A cross, shit that’s the greatest way of eyeblack💀
Very good video! As an umpire for 20+ years, you hit the point that I see lacking in the game today with players, parents, and coaches. PERSPECTIVE. Taking a step back and looking at the situation from a higher angle. A biproduct of perspective is knowing how to deal with people. Today's culture is only concerned with the individual's perspective. Coaches only care about wins. Parents only care about their kids D1 scholarship that they think they will get. The lack of overall perspective leads to them not knowing (or caring) about the rules, about character, or about maybe someone else had a different angle than I did. You made three points which I think are crucial...and need to be taught to coaches on a regular basis. 1) Be personable with the umpires. Get to know their name and who they are. Don't let their only interaction with you be when you are arguing a call. (By the way...this needs to be taught to umpires as well. When I train new umpires, next to knowing the rules...I teach PEOPLE SKILLS). 2). Approach "arguing" with a spirit of curiosity. Don't come flying out yelling and attacking. Walk to the umpire and simply say "I don't know about that one....tell me what you saw or why you made that call." Have a conversation...not an ego battle. and 3). Be honest with yourself and know that the one or two umpire calls you disagreed with DID NOT cost you the game. I once had a coach come out after a call I made against his team. (I had a good relationship with him) He said, "Mike...your costing my team the game with these calls!" I looked at him and said, "No sir, Coach. Your shortstop missing easy grounders and your outfield not hitting cutoffs is costing you this game." He stared at me for a second, smiled, and said, "Fair point." and walked back to the dugout. Again, great video...I wish we could all talk about this subject more often.
