Really enjoyed your scenic walk, Gerry.🙌🏼 Although penitentiaries frighten me (my mind always goes back to the Pennsylvania one used as a location shot in M. Night Shyamalan's Sixth Sense), I loved the architecture of this one. And hearing birds while you strolled along the lovely waterfront made my daylong headache disappear.😄 Thanks for sharing with us these treasures and beauty from your town.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

That's what I assumed first. Does look like a Pride Bus but until I saw the actual wrapping of it, which was white and multi coloured.
