"See You in the Pit!": Paris' Underground Punk Scene
The punk scene in Paris is not for the faint of heart. However, for Anthony El Ghazal, the punk scene is his form of expression. His band, Pledge of Silence, is a Parisian punk band that addresses political topics and issues in France, America, and Lebanon. AUP students are invited to the sneak peak of Anthony’s life outside of campus and into the life of a super cool punk singer!

So what if it is?
Well, the anti-smoking climate is progressing in France too. From an Américain viewpoint it may seem still very free minded, but it's already quite different than it used to be in the 70's and 80's. I admire USA for not having the mandatory disgusting and neutral packaging for cigarettes, but rather the normal brand design and logo. Everyone tend to see freedom outside of his/her home.
