RS485 and Arduino Mega Serial Communication
zhlédnutí 338Před 3 měsíci
The TTL to RS485 module facilitates communication between two Arduino Mega boards by converting the TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) serial signals from the Arduino boards into RS485 signals, which are more suitable for long-distance communication. Here's how it works: - TTL Serial Signals: Arduino boards communicate with each other using TTL serial signals, which operate at logic levels of 0V...

I have sometime that the application crashes and throw me Unhandled exception: the specified reader is not currently available for use. Mostly i'm able to reproduce that error when passing the NFC Tag very fast over the reader, and that error appears, but that only happens on first use. Any idea how to solve that or avoid the crashing
Gracias ,,,
Good job, May I ask you a question? Which programming language do you advise me to use in such application: python or c++ or even c#, to gain best performance in both of speed and accuracy ? Thank you 😊
Use C++ for face recognition with OpenCV because it offers superior performance, optimized access to OpenCV's native features, and fine-grained control over system resources. This ensures the highest speed and efficiency for computationally intensive tasks. Personally, I prefer to use C# for face recognition with OpenCVSharp as it offers a balance between performance and ease of development. C# provides good speed, integrates well with the .NET ecosystem, and simplifies development with a more manageable syntax compared to C++, making it suitable for both efficient performance and faster development cycles.
You did it between 2 Arduinos. Can I do this between several Arduinos?
Yes, I am using Arduino Mega and it has several serial ports
@@ToyTechMachines Can I do this with 1 receiver and 5 transmitters? arduino
For hardware serial, it can't support, Arduino mega has 4 hardware serial port, you can use 1 of them as receiver and the other 3 as transmitter. However, you can try software serial for additional transmitter.
@@ToyTechMachines Do you have a chance to make a more detailed video? I can't find any information on this subject.
Can you give some more information? Does it matter which cable you use? Is it okay if I use Cat6 and will it be perfect if I transfer data over 100 meters? data
Yes, you can use a Cat6 cable to transfer data over a 100-meter distance using RS485 and an Arduino Mega. Cat6 cables are well-suited for RS485 communication because they have twisted pairs, which help reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity over long distances.
@@ToyTechMachines thank youuu :)
Hello, I need to use this in a project. Can you make an explanatory video about it? Thank you very much.
Can you share design PLEASE??????
I didn't document the steps in details
Can you share the design please?
hi, can you tell me the name of the communication wire you use to connect the RPLidar with the Arduino? The pins on my RPLidar are too small for me to use jumper wires
I'm using normal dupont wire with 2.54 pitch
Interesting, i want to turn a L shaped three way fuel line valve. Traditionally these are replaced with solenoid valves but they are prone to breaking after a while. But a manual three way valve is solid and good. CAN ANYONE POINT ME TO ANY OTHER SOLUTIONS.
THE MIMIC
Can I use esp32
It can't get it to work with esp32
For those who might get confused with what the actual items are in the video (I copied and pasted 2 Amazon listings titles to show by example): 1) The blue board: ELEGOO Nano Board CH 340/ATmega+328P Without USB Cable, Compatible with Arduino Nano V3.0 (Nano x 3 Without Cable) 2) The red board: HiLetgo Nano I/O Expansion Sensor Shield for Arduino UNO R1 Nano 3.0 Duemilanove 2009 I think I have what's happening straight now.
I wanna know more about how you are powering the Adruino and the server controller board with 5v power bank.
Awesome circuit! Im CANBus, do they need to share a common gnd? Or is the message read by reading the voltage across canh and canl?
In a CANbus network, each node typically shares a common ground to ensure proper communication and electrical reference. It's essential for reliable data transmission and to prevent issues like signal interference.
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 1 can u fix it?
Where do you find those diagrams in Visual Studio? Wich library or NuGet complement are you using?
Do you sell this
I bought it here www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003099205686.html
@@ToyTechMachines wow thanks ❤️
How it runs automatically without any joystick
The servo motors are controlled by an Arduino Uno that run in loop.
Ooo thanks
How do I buy it?
I made it from some toy parts, lego technic and geekservo.
Cool
I did this with f28379d launchpad
so cool! also you made the smoothest loop ever
Can u share library controlling connect android with arduino, please?
Sure, I use this library. github.com/felHR85/UsbSerial
What display is that ? How u do that
I'm using a normal monitor and a computer to display the data in a web page.
This is the guy who ends up making the whole Fnaf crew

Nice job
how did you get live data? By building and running the components live? If so, how did you create the pressure valve and how much does it cost?
I'm using CAN bus for communication. The Windows app was created using Visual Studio using C#
more details pls
wow but it make process upload this please

I would love to see you attempt something like this with 3d printed parts to make it a bit less blocky!! Still amazing work though!
Can you share full process and coding for this.
I'm using esp-now protocol. www.instructables.com/ESP32-With-ESP-Now-Protocol/
Very Good, I wanted more information about what hardware is used.
Bro bouta make FNAF
Where can obtain the source code?
Check out this link github.com/danm-de/pcsc-sharp
@@ToyTechMachines thanks for your fast response. In the Examples folder exists the example video application?
The examples show how to use the library for you to get started. It is quite simple, give it a try :)
@@ToyTechMachines Hi friend, thanks for the github link. I have a little problem with one model of the acr122u, because when i start monitor when i connect to the reader if card are inserted, with a reader of some firmware ACR122U219 says to me PCSC.Exceptions.ReaderUnavailableException: 'The specified reader is not currently available for use.', and crash, but with a reader with ACR122U216 firmware all ok, can read multiple times.
WTF is that
1 ESP32 can control only 1 ZIGBEE module ?
Hello sir, share u project code ?
That works very well. May I know which model you're using?

Please wiring diagram and source code 😊
Hi Toy Tech Machine. Currently, I'm working on a similar internship project. Are those force sensors embedded underneath the tools? Is there an avenue where I can reach out to you?
It is just a poc demo. For actual implementation, you can try using computer vision, RFID, load cell, other sensor, or combination, depending on the size and material of the tools to keep track. Force sensor is not reliable for this project.
What do you use for Web server ?
The top ESP32 is the web server
turn it into billy bob from the rock a fire explosion
