My New Years resolution has been the same for many years. Do not start a new project for the first 3 months. Work on all kinds of crafts and needle projects for the 3 months. Only start one if really need for a gift. 4th month can start new projects.

I have that LotR stamped kit. I found out the artwork is stolen, but aside from that the quality is really horrible. There's little to no detail. It might be worth it asking your coworker if he's still interested, before you invest all your time in finishing it

Great video. I enjoyed seeing your first finishes and how you have progressed. Backstitching is also a bane of mine so I try to do it as I go. If I didn’t I probably would never finish some of my larger projects. Looking forward to your next video.

Enjoyed your video. You did not seem nervous at all. I love the Halloween stitch. I have found that sometimes backstitcg isn't needed. I stand back an look at my stitched project and decide what could use backstitch and what does not need it. Also l generally use the 2strand stitching unless it would look better done differently. Even on Dimensions.

I enjoyed your first floss tube. Yes It IS terrible hard to control what you buy because if you watch other floss tubers you get caught up in wanting to work on what they’re working on 😂 it’s a terrible cycle lol. You did great. I enjoyed your projects.

I'm also working on the Michael's Happy Halloween and I feel your pain! I realized I messed up the n last night when I was almost done with it and I had to frog almost completely it and redo it. It's my first cross stitch project too so it looks a mess 😂

I have been stitching for more than 40 years, and, frankly, i saw no errors. Your work is beautiful and in my opinion there aree no mistakes in cross stitching, just creative differences. 😁 Your stitching is beautiful, the video was well done -- congratulations! It's wonderful to see new stitchers and what they like to work on. My granddaugher is 21 and I have been teaching her to cross stitch. She's so enthusiastic and happy with what she works on, in spite of a few "creative differences." Looking forward to your next video.

Love the cats! I have a foster named Bean right now! Another useful time for stitching a pre stamped piece is if you happen to have a glass or two of booze of some type and then you feel like stitching. You can’t mess up the count if it’s pre stamped! Looking forward to your next video!
