I love this option because everyone has their favorite tool that they practice on and you can use this nice removable handle. I can also fit these metal thin ones in my pocket or wallet if I need to. Different strokes for different folks happy picking

Does the roll pin come pre installed and is it permanently on? I bought a different tubular lock pick set and the roll pins wont stay on while picking locks.

What can one do if the entire keyway is blocked? From top to bottom? There is not even a tenth of a millimeter of spacing to get the key out, completely flush with the wall of the lock? This is the terribly unlucky predicament I am in right now as I kneeled down and snapped the key by accident and nearly cut my thigh when trying to clean under my desk.

Ad for this pick popped up in Facebook; went to CZcams, of course, to check it out. Another “too good to be true “ product ? But for around 20 bucks, what do you have to lose … Ordered on a Sunday, it was in my mailbox on Wednesday. Quality build, not cheap feeling or looking about 4 and a quarter inch long. Popped it out of plastic wrap and immediately found a Masterlock cable lock that I used to secure my ladder to the roof carrier. Did the jiggle like in this video and after about 20 seconds, it turned! Fluke ? , tried it a couple times and under a minute it was unlocked. O.k., what about deadbolts to the house … light finger pressure on the turning bar and moderate sawing action, the deadbolt locks to my front door and garage door opened in about as long as it takes to fish a house key out of your pocket, put it into the locks and turn ! The hardest part was figuring out which way to twist the bar, CW or CCW. Spooky easy; too easy…

Good device ... But all tubular cylinder's I open with handle tool's. From China that tool for ten locks +/- and you need to change needless.. Interesting how many time your device will work perfect ...(?) That good brand !!! That's right.

I don't know if you're still monitoring this old video but what would a decent repining kit be for this. I'm trying to find the .115" pins it mentions but all I can find is the standard bottom pins. No security pins.

Bosnian Bill used to make videos at lockpickshop? Anyway my question is on the use of these decoder gauges. I've seen them used by sticking the key in them and measuring and also by measuring the pins directly. Can somebody un-confuse me please. These to measurements would give the opposite as far as a large or small number for each cut. 7 cut on the key is the smallest part of the gauge but would be the longest pin. So a pin decoder and a key decoder can look the same but can't BE the same , am I right?

How did you get the picks to fit inside the leather grips? They're very tight, so I can't fit the picks all the way in.

Do these hold up over time though? I've heard that they're pretty flimsy.

My approximately 40 year old HPC set is very similar, even the all leather case. Missing a few pieces from years of use, though. Maybe it's time to get the MPXS-20 set and make two nice sets. Got an over-all measurement on those picks and keys? Just eyeballing, they look a little larger than my HPCs.
