Domestic assault case of He/said she said about how wife's injury occured. No witnesses. Male has never has no criminal history. Husband pled not guilty at preliminary hearing. Prosecuting attorney witheld evidence showing wife changed her story and evidence showing her own admittance that husband has never committed assault. Husband filed for divorce and has evidence that wife has lied on motions filed to civil court that she signed. It appears wife likely staged injury/situation to get full custody of children and alimony.

Contempt of Court is entirely perceived by the Judge presiding over the case and the way that judge decides it to be handed out. It's a punishment and a consequence that is based on the judge personality and his/her mental behaviors and how soft or hard they feel they are. If the judge has major control issues and is a narcissistic tendencies and is clearly favorable judgmental. Contempt is constantly abused by certain judges. It's a "rolled the dice and you either got a REAL judge or a Hackjob".
