Even being emotionally abused by my ex-girlfriend for being perceived as too nerdy and too weak and not manly and macho enough made me pissed off to the point where I got verbal but nothing more. Never anything more. I had to rebuild my confidence and self-esteem after that. Man did it feel good to stand up for myself, but I still had to be careful. Standing up for yourself properly and getting through it properly is the best method. This video not only is a message to bullies not to screw with the wrong people, but for victims to stand up for themselves but properly. Easier said than done, but this video/message has a lot of layers to it.
