I can't believe how long she's lasted me, 3 1/2 years. Color: Blue, to my suprize it's more teal, mermaid blue almost. Great color for me. love the retro look of her, reminds me of a Vespa. Personally, it's been a great scooter to get around town, I put her through some tests. She will carry a case of water on the foot board and I can get an oversized reusable bag with groceries(2) straps help & long legs would be good if you try this. Just my personal experience, Please be cautious & experienced at riding if you even try to attempt this. Seriously. I do put cold storage in basket(15 lbs) I've also been known to put 5lb bag of apples or tatties on back seat strapped w/netted bungie. I do weigh her down with a good haul, 80 lbs + I wear a backpack at times. The trunk has plenty of storage although mine did not come with strap, it made up in other areas. You don't need a helmet but highly recommended if your traveling on city streets like myself. Honestly, I love my whip, she goes up a good incline on my route, the trick is to keep her in the lowest gear(slow) keeps from draining battery & when switching gears try to be almost at a full stop. Important to remember this. Forgot the forum in which I read this helpful tip? l do let her coast down that bridge. She does have some weight if your at a stop light on side walk, watch her she will roll. Keep your feet down, grip that break. I am easily able to walk her back quick to even ground.. Love her horn and beeping signals. Just more awareness for motorist/ pedestrians Btw...all sidewalks are not created the same...watch for cracks, turns and speed, it can tip on you as with any trike. She gets me around town. My partner rides a Triumph Bonneville & one day he decided to ride along side me & got me at 20 mph/32 kph. Haha. That's pretty fast actually. There's a full rain gaurd cover you can find on Amazon from China, look under Moto scooter accessories... Ended up ordering a sun canopy/umbrella. Works well but not on windy days. Gives it that golf course w/cocktails resort vibe. Found in same color Blue. Haha There is actually quite a bit on amazon/ebay under moto scooter accessories. You could even trick them out and be a Mod if you wanted 😉 Remember to be safe and have fun and tune her up!
I love my EW 52, it has the power to get me any where and quickly. I am 65 and have back and leg problems but I can walk short distances and find it very easy to master, Huston select S to override the faster speeds. It has 4 preset throttle settings, S, 1, 2, 3. When first turned on it defaults to 2 but if you select S I reduces the speed to about a walking speed. The brakes are very good and will quickly bring you to stop from 16 MPH (based on my gps). The steering gets very sensitive as you go faster so practice before you go any where. when I got mine it would not work at all and had around trouble symbol on the right side of the screen which turned out to be the parking brake. With customer services help, they described the switch under the unit which I quickly located on the right side underneath the scooter. I found the jamb nut was not tight which allowed the switch to tighten up causing the scooter to believe the parking brake was on. I was able to adjust it in less than a minute and I was good Togo now that the trouble light was no longer showing. I want to make mention of Mary in sales. It turns out that most employees there at Discover My Mobility had Coved 19 so Mary was working from home. She went above and beyond to help me get my order right and expedited.
This simply must be a marketing "ploy". Every time I try to play the video of the older Asian woman, and she gives a little shout as if "hey this is cool!", or "Hey I think that was like a roller coaster for a moment!!". Haha. The bikes don't break down, even if the web isn't reliable. Is that the 'secret' message? if it was, it would have been genius.
Shorts, flip flops and no helmet. Pure stupidity in advertising. Plus, these eBikes are NOT nimble. When that old lady hangs a left in front of you, all you can do is plow into her. There is no ability to dodge anything with these fat tires. And they have a very large turn radius. I know of what I speak since I also own a 1500W 60V "eDrift" almost identical to this one in the video. But, I love anything on x2 wheels. I also have x2 Currie 1000W eZip and 750W Schwinn scooters. Far different than this as well. I bought the eDrift for it's size, ability to carry cargo and go a decent distance. 20mph isn't very good though. 30mph (that can be had with a larger battery and 2000W motor) would be far more desirable. Also buy the version with both front and rear suspension. Wear long pants, boots that cover the ankle, helmet and gloves, people. I guarantee you won't like a concussion and lots of road rash that these morons are asking for. Also, they are shown being ridden on the sidewalk(s). Not here in So. Cal. Bike lane legal. Good luck, ride safe and have fun. cheers Boots Langley La Mesa, Ca
Some of these E-fatboy bikes are pretty cool and some go a lot faster than 20 km / hr...Only problem is, if you ever left it unattended someone would steal it for sure...Where I live, if it's not nailed down....
seabliss22 yes, it makes it so easy to go around my neighborhood since I can’t ride a bike anymore. It goes up to 25 mph for me. My daughter loves to tag along with me as well since it’s a two-seater. Great electric mileage as well!

What I noticed is that it shows driving in the sun. In most areas sun is limited and drizzle, rain, or snow are common. It is listed as a scooter and shown driving outside, but another individual stated it was only good in clear dry areas.

I think the brakes are Electromagnetic (rather than Elecotromagnetic).

Michelle Lawson hello, I just got it and I need to know how to stop pushing it, how you stop it for rolling?
blue sky the handle brakes should be sufficient, but if you are on a very hilly area, that could be tricky.

yes 1000w and higher can climb a hill but not under 1000w hub motor.
How do you open the banana seat to get to the storage beneath?
The wheels could be bigger (10-12 inch) with sporty rims. Battery range 20-25 miles.
