@@JSL10CORNELLEDU Thank you Jim. Is Ithaca in the Appalachian range. Congress and Wikipedia list the county as bein in Applalachia, but is the northern end of it still in Appalachia? The elevation is barely above 400 feet. I ask because I have CZcams playin lists about Appalachia -- 12 of them for all topics and 2 for just music. I have included Cornell's song and Ithaca money and you, but want to be sure that I err not from the true way.

Of course a valley is of lower elevation than is a peak, and some of West Virginia (which is all in Appalachia) is only 400' elevation, so I am goin to keep Ithaca in the playin lists for now, includin you. It's been a few years since I've seen him in person - but it was absolutely fascinating for me to hear all of those songs you guys did back in Ithaca. So, so grateful someone (you?) had the presence of mind to record them. You were so, so young and sounded so, so good. I just wish I had gone to Ithaca so I could have been there to see/hear that live. Did the kids/people who were there realize how talented you guys were? I would have been obsessed with seeing you every time you played since I was a James maniac (and also loved Dan Fogelberg, Simon & Garfunkel, Loggins & Messina and CSNY) and you were really, really good. Like you weren't some semi-talented lightweights -- you were the real deal. I miss those coffee house days. :-) Thanks so much again for posting all of those songs. I hope you're still playing/singing. Jealous of people like you and Eugene who are so talented. Especially in weird times like now, it really felt good to have something new (well, old/new) that made me so happy! Hope you and your family are all doing okay, and will all stay safe!
