Welcome to JerrysNotes! I am Jerry, an entrepreneur turned farmer.
I grew up in a province from a modest family. After graduating from college, I was fortunate enough to be hired by a multi-national corporation. But then, I wanted to become an entrepreneur so I tried different businesses on the side.
I failed 3 times and lost P1M in the process... BUT I didn't stop!
I persevered until I made it.
Then in 2007, after working for long 7 years, I took the leap and become a full-time entrepreneur to be my own boss and have more time with my family.
Since then, I've enjoyed the roller coaster life of being an entrepreneur and helped many aspiring entrepreneurs start their own business as well.
Through the years, I made many mistakes and learned so many things about life and business. These valuable lessons would be wasted if I just keep it to myself.
So allow me to share with you these notes so we can learn together and live the life we always wanted.

Of course you buy a farm with a purpose, most cases for business with r.o.i..if the purchase is only intended for a rest house or retirement house then it doesnt need to be a regular farm size property running by the hectare, around 300-400 sqmts will do the job.

Your ceiling is super nice I plan to do.the same, how much did it cost you in total? How is it holding up so far? Any advice or recommendations? BTW, your looks terrific, very elegant.
Thank you! It’s still good up to now. The cost of the sawali is around P600, size is like plywood 4ft x 8ft. Then you have to use the thin wood called barateha (size is 1/2” x 2”). So the price will depend on how big your ceiling is. Then, the base structure is the same as putting hardiflex or plywood. You’d use c-channel and the c purlins (or 2x2 wood if you want).
