I love the video, definitely motivational. I think you are so right. Ending the night at a reasonable time to get enough sleep is the key to being able to wake up early. As a wife and mom I like to have at least one hour for myself in the morning before I have to start doing all the things. I feel like this ME time helps me start the day right.
