Four years ago, I was maybe paying $150 - $175 for three people every week, and now it's more like $250 - $275 every week. Ooh, I’ve been seeing so much about the Ninja Creami lately - I think I need to get one! Also, I love Orgain protein powder. The vanilla bean flavor is really good as well! I like to make a protein shake with it by blending it with half a banana, some ice, a bit of almond milk, and some PB2 peanut butter powder. It’s like a delicious chocolate PB shake! 😋 For extra protein, you can also use the Fairlife chocolate protein milk - there is 13g of protein in one cup. 😊

Do you have any thoughts on the other flavours of coke such as Coke Vanilla, Coke Raspberry etc?

Hey Trippe, a little friendly advice if you do this again, I'd recommend you get some powdered whole fat milk and add a scoop of that to this the next time you make it. It'll make it creamier/more ice cream like AND it'll add more calories/protein to the end product

For more protein, have you tried the premier protein shakes? You can make ice cream in the ninja creamy with those too. They have low carbs and sugar and high protein. I also really like the quest bbq chips. With those two food items, youd get about 50g of protein. Also, I love the joe biden joke 🤣

I specifically only use orgain protein. I use the plant based ones. The powder and the pre-made shakes they have. I never heard of the ninja ice cream maker! Protein ice cream 😮 thanks Grandpa❤

I think you would get more benefit from meal replacement shakes like the brand "ensure". Protien powders are great for people who have a high protien goal and are very active but they lack many components of a balanced meal. Ultimately you need to try to avoid a calorie defecit which will make you lose weight regardless of how much protien you eat. Essentially you just need to eat more calories!

I recently bought my Ninja Creami and it is amazing. Ice cream is my all-time favorite desert. Nice to have a treat for only 300 calories instead of 1200! I have also used the 30G orgain protein, it’s much easier in the stomach vs. whey. Try adding some instant Jell-O pudding mix and some cocoa powder. Also the mix-in feature with some chocolate chips, teddy grahams, etc. takes it to a whole new level. Love your videos and miss your ASMR!

I weight lift 5 days a week. I need to make sure I get enough protein for my size. In the morning I make a protein shake with 2 scoops of protein powder that is 25g of protein per scoop. The milk is about 8g of protein. That's 58g of protein I have when I get to work. I may have 3-4 protein shakes Day. Everyone is different and your protein intake will be lower than mine. I try to eat chicken at home and when going out, I'll get a steak that has high protein in it. There's beef sticks that I snack on as well. One of them that I really like is called Wicked Cutz beef sticks. I've only had the original peppered flavor of theirs and each beef stick has 15g of protein. Quest protein chips. Tortilla style has 20g and the bags aren't big so you're getting a good amount of protein in those bags. Lenny & Larry's protein cookies. 16g of protein per cookie. Other than wicked Cutz beef sticks, my grocery store carries the other stuff in them but Amazon may be cheaper at times too. I use an app to track my protein intake. You set the goal then you insert the food you had with the amount of protein it has to see where you're at. It's called Protein Tracker Pro.

It was hard to compare prices between what you got and what I purchase. I am limited to Walmart, and don't like their meat or produce. So? So, since a few of your items didn't seem to have sizes, I had to just estimate on the packaged items. I would say your total haul would cost me about $12 less here in my South Carolina small town. I'd still get the perishables at Publix ... and I love tabbouli so I might have purchased that also. That's a lot of green onions -- how are you going to use them?
