Thanks for your question. I don't know the amperage of this mig welder. My guess would be less than 300 amps. I just took this video of a man welding a car during my visit to an auto body repair shop about a year ago. What do you think about the job?

Was this a good waveform for a good reporting wideband sensor? Seems like it didnt really go too rich when you hit WOT...it did go lean on deceleration though
Thank you for your comment. These readings are from 2017 Honda CR-V, 1.5 L Turbo, with approx 24,000 Km. I observed the B1-S2 and B1-S1 waveforms at idle and with a quick acceleration up to approx 2500 rpm. These were the results at idle: B1-S2, 0.785 V (Rich) B1-S1, 0.995 λ (Rich) B1-S1, 2.288 V (Rich) Quick acceleration up to approx 2500 rpm: B1-S2, 0 Volts (Lean) B1-S1, 1.485 λ (Lean) B1-S1, 2.397 V (Lean) This test shows normal operation under these conditions: - Engine temp, 92°C - Both fuel trims at or near 0%
A car has four fenders covering four wheels. Two in the front and two in the back. They come in different shapes and are also called quarter panels, (the wings).
Those are quarter panels! Been fixing cars for 30 years & no one has ever ordered rear fenders. It’s not a motorcycle.
