I moved to Florida about a decade ago for a woman. It did not end well. Not that i wanted to think about that awful period in my life but listening to this with the years between me and that time is nice. Its a sad but peaceful way to reflect on times that almost killed me.

No cage. Nowhere to go at all. Scary.

This is shaping up to be a really, really fucking good LP.

I think I may have commented similarly about this album already but it bears repeating .... this is genuinely some of the most terrifying music I've heard in a long time. And, as it seems my life is collapsing around me right now, I'm gonna need this to keep me balanced. If that makes sense.

Probably my most replayed album this year already! With every replay I get even more impressed by the fantastic soundscape Mamaleek continues to create. Which makes the themes in the album hit even harder. Mamaleeks music is amazingly creative!❤

Another phenomenal record with Mamaleek the chameleons successfully shifting to another color with their own shade still present. Every album you make feels like a response to your previous body of work and presents a new question left to be pondered. I'll be tossing that question around in my head for a while, and can't wait to see what your next answer will be.
