Watch this video for setting SONY home theater model davTZ 145 speakers. Same method can be applied to other Sony dav home theater models and some bdv models which are not having auto calibration feature. Settings opens only in USB mode or cd/dvd mode.

I have the below callibration for my DAV DZ650 ..works soo well..sounds amazing...For best results though,connect tv with hdmi and make sure the hdmi resolution in your hometheatre setup menu is set to 1080p. Left Speaker: 0.0db Right speaker: 0.0db Centre speaker: 2.0db Subwoofer: 3.0 0r 4.0 db Left surround speaker: 5 0r 6.0db Right surround speaker: 5 0r 6.0db
@@joembugua5178 are you able to play movies with 5.1 channels. Distinct channel for each speaker?
@@samuelmainah7140 yes, on the remote there's a surround button,,select "multi" option to achieve 5.1Ch surround sound

Me too my sony dz 350 when i plug in Aux cable it plays only 3 speakers regardless the multi mode, when I play via hdmi or Bluetooth it's when all the 5speakers play I don't know what's the problem

Go To USB Mode and Unplug the USB And then,Click setup button..

Speaker level is different from speaker distance. I'd already shown you how to change distance and level. The distance means the optimum point of speakers from you. For example if you are sitting in centre of you room then how far are the speakers from you is the distance. So calibrate according to your room dimensions and your seating position.
I did this added the sound test but for some reason when I go back to watch a show... it continues to play out of one speaker

How to increase volume in sub voofer
In settings, under level option you can select your Subwoofer and increase its dB's. You can go up to 6 points maximu.
Is it better to increase the subwoofer level to 6db ?
