How to Take Control of Your Sexual and Reproductive Health
Your sexual health should always be made a priority. The good news is, it’s easy to take control of your sexual health by following a few simple steps such as scheduling regular wellness visits, practicing safer sex,choosing the right birth control option for you, getting tested for STIs and HIV and preparing for a healthy pregnancy.
