I lost my weight by fasting in the morning until lunch. Lunch was my big meal like a veggie bowl and dinner a small salad. My exercise was walking. I lost 30 pounds and still going. I’m no longer obese on my BMI.

Picking out paint colors is on my list of things, that I dislike to do 😢, because every single time I see those millions of paint cards,I just want to run home 😮! Hey Minks I'm not sure but u may be dealing with depression or mental illness that's the only way I can see someone letting their car or home be in this type of condition. Please don't take my comments the wrong way because I mean no harm. Put some bags or a small trash can in the backseat and teach your children as soon as they r done eating 2 put it in the trash not on the floor. GOD BLESS.
