Comparing the 15+ WRX shifter to a 15+STi shifter makes absolutely no sense…two completely different shifting mechanisms. The older style wears out bushing and ends up feeling incredibly loose. A 15+ WRX doesn’t use bushings it is cable shifted.

You said RSR springs? Did you change out the Eibachs? Which one is better?

This just happened to me. I didn’t know the car had to be unlocked. I manually unlocked my door but it wouldn’t open.

Not the best decision, you interrupted the airflow of the car - which had been extensively tested by Toyota-Subaru in a tunnel . Definitely, you should install OEM ducktail... otherwise, keep up a good work.

Best upgrades for Impreza: Dont make upgrades, dummy. It's a good car and be thankful if you have a 5 speed.

The tS brembos are the same as the 1st gen and they fit on 2nd gen aluminum knuckes. They'll start showing up used, as cars get crashed. Since my insurance keeps going up!

Cars don't have to be fast to be fun. Good handling, good brakes, good sound, and that's a fun car. You can drive the balls off it everywhere you go and not run into trouble with the law.

If u get the performance package on the wrx it comes with the same shifter

The spoiler’s location doesn’t make sense from an aerodynamics perspective. When you trip the boundary layer of the airflow over the top of your car, it makes the flow separate from the car’s surface while also turning laminar flow into turbulent flow. These increase the drag in this section dramatically. You may have noticed that your car’s trunk has a ducktail. It is an elegant solution that generates actual down force and helps air attaches to your rear window as it deflects air upward due to the Kutta condition. This spoiler separates the flow ahead of this device and makes it completely useless. Even worse is that the separated turbulence reattaches on to your trunk and cause a lot of noise and vibration at high speed. I hope these make sense to you. Some basic knowledge of aerodynamics will truly help you appreciate the Insane amount of engineering going into the design of modern cars.

yup coffee holder is in a bad spot. Coffee some times spills in usb plug in ports. When turning the steering wheel the cruise control arm can hit knee. If it is freezing outside the window gets stuck when opening door. The bass speakers on doors vibrate the side mirrors even on low volume. The reverse camera on rainy days is useless. These are the things I found on my 2023 BRZ that bother me.
