Hahaha nice one. "Just quit A**hole!" This showed elements of threats of future consequences, blame upon external circumstances and the patient, sending solutions etc etc. Not bad and I've seen this time and time again at work.
So fake this ultrasound is very very fake please make a real one showing the baby 1 minute after mother starts smoking to see the real result

I knew a 71 year old man who had advanced emphysema. This poor man suffered horribly in the last 3 months of his life. My memory of his attempts to climb a simple flight of stairs has never left me. After every step, he gasped for air. God, what a terrible way to die.

Good stuff, Tony! we have to get serious about helping people quit smoking while in addiction treatment. I think it is time, tho, that we add electronic cigarettes and harm reduction to the toolbox. I'm working with a treatment center that is seeing an 80% voluntary quit rate for smoking thanks to ecigs.
I hope you include electronic cigarettes in your toolbox; in the addiction treatment community we are getting some great results in helping smokers quit tobacco.
