If you used the matchfit dovetail router bit then they really are matchfit dovetail grooves.

Also use 2 tape measures from opposite sides. I use a steel ruler on one side and reg tape measure from other side works great

Trying to decide if i want this Wen belt/disc sander or the Skil belt/disc sander. The Wen is 4.3 amp and the Skil is 4.5 amp. They look pretty identical.

Try the panel carrier by Troll. It’s similar to the shown orange plastic device but it’s all steel with 2 four inch hard plastic wheels on the bottom. It clings to the panel stock when loaded so you just grab the goods themselves and drive it across decks and pavement using the handle to lift over steps or carry it up stairs. It will handle a whole bundle of Sheetrock and not trip on cords in your path.

I’m having trouble with the measurements where the tray goes into the legs. Are all three sides 3/8 of an inch in depth on the outer part of the leg were the one and a half inch and 1 inch mortise come together? The diagram seems to be offa bit. I would appreciate any help you can give me John.

Why did you not check and see if the two squares were square?

I take the story stick to the saw and eliminate the possibility of reading error.

I wonder if some extra hold down clamps in the T-Slots will help with the lifting issue? Dunno.

I like putting 40 grit belt on, flipping machine upside down with belt on floor, turn switch on, then plug in and watch it take off like a Battle Bot !
