Nice video. It’s funny how the Kroenkes were portrayed as bad owners, but are currently looking like ideal owners. Sinced acquiring 100% of Arsenal they have invested heavily. Arteta turning out to be elite obviously helps their PR, but then they deserve credit for the hire and seeing the process 🤷‍♂️

What a lot of Arsenal fans don't know is Kroenke is a massive commercial property investor. I have no doubt in the coming years he has plans for developing the area around the Emirates and turning it into some form of major shopping mall. He spent $700 million doing just that in the States the other year.

I am not sure that I agree with the fundamentals of this video. As a previous Long term fan and shareholder of the club I do not feel that when compared to our rivals we lag in a few areas. As it points out the major income stream is from broadcasting. This is essentially not under the clubs control. Off field activities like merchandising to me always seems to be lower than our rivals. Whilst I truly hope that the club continues to thrive I am sure that further improvements could and should be made to ensure financial stability long term.
